Father Gerald Louis Betrand Kroeger, O.P., 74 years, passed away Feb. 23, 2004. Beloved son of the late William J. and Josephine, nee Schumacher, Kroeger; dear brother of James (Carole) and the late William (Lois). He is survived by several nephews and nieces and remembered fondly by the Dominican Friars of the Province of St. Albert the Great, the Dominican Sisters, and his many friends. Funeral Services Wednesday, February 25, 2004, at St. Joseph Church, 7240 W. 57th St., Summit. Visitation 10:15 a.m. to 11 a.m., Funeral Mass 11 a.m., and on Thursday, February 26, 2004, at St. Pius V. Church, 1909 S. Ashland Ave., Chicago. Visitation 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Office of the Dead, 9:30 a.m.; funeral mass 10:30 a.m. Interment Dominican plot, All Saints Cemetery.
